During this period of lockdown because of a global pandemic, we have all realized that true luxury is nature and not the man-made things. On the occasion of our 10th anniversary, we take immense pleasure to unveil our creation, a true design marvel, and of course, the True luxury, – ‘The Wall’.
It has got great appreciation and applause by not only our followers and the residents of the city Jalandhar, but on international platforms as well. The emphasis here is on the luxury landscape, which designers hardly emphasize on and rather focus on the concrete block and fancy interiors. We at 23DC believe that landscape is of utmost importance, and equally vital in terms of design as the building. For the first time ever in the city, international exotic plants can be seen in this mansion. The local inside temperature of the house, because of the lush plantation, remains 4-5 degrees lower than the actual outside. The grand achievement which we truly believe here is that once inside the grand ‘Wall’, one feels completely detached from the city’s hustle and bustle, and of-course pollution. Specially selected oxygen-generating plants, mosquito-repelling plants have been planted so that the lawns provide the utmost healthy usage to the residents. This project, therefore, is very close to our heart as we did our bit in contributing to the beauty of the mother, Nature.
